Multi-Sport Coaching Package
This package is designed for triathletes and those who need to periodize their training throughout the week, so that they can be competitive in multiple sports. I am no stranger to working around busy schedules in order to get the day’s training in!
What's Included?
- Weekly training sessions tailored to your individual needs as an athlete for each sport.
- Daily communication with me in order to keep track of your progress and to adjust the plan accordingly.
- Initial onboarding meeting to discuss long-term goals and to get to know each other. Pre-race meetings to help set goals and be prepared for the challenge to come.
Single Sport Coaching Package
For athletes who are highly specialized in their sport and want to get better. Runners and cyclists are a great fit for this program.

- Daily communication with me via training logs in order to keep track of your progress and to adjust the plan accordingly.

Single Race Coaching Package
This program is for athletes who need guidance for a single race, and who want help making training decisions on their own when they are done with the program.
What is included?
- 6 weeks of weekly updated training sessions tailored to your individual needs as an athlete.
- Daily communication with me via training logs in order to keep track of your progress and to adjust the plan accordingly.
- Initial onboarding meeting to discuss long-term goals and to get to know each other. Pre-race meetings to help set goals and be prepared for the challenge to come.
